Do you offer tastings?
Yes! We offer a selection of your choice of three cake and frosting combinations at each tasting. Tastings are by appointment only. The cost of a cake tasting is $25 and a dessert tasting is $35, which will be applied toward your deposit if you choose to book.

I’ve heard fondant doesn’t taste good, but I love the look of it. What should I do?
Just like wine or cheese, fondant is a personal preference. Some people love it, some don’t. With that being said, if you really love the look of fondant, you don’t have to compromise. All of our cakes are fully frosted in Swiss meringue buttercream, or ganache prior to being covered in fondant. For guests who don’t like fondant, they’ll naturally eat around it or peel it off.

I’m on a budget and would like to order a ‘dummy cake’ instead of ordering too many servings. Can this be done?
While we do not offer styrofoam cakes, we would be happy to do a consultation with you to find a design that meets your needs and your budget.

Where are you located?
Our business is strictly catering, therefore we do not have a storefront. We are happy to meet clients for consultations and tastings at a location that is convenient for them (within Napa or Solano County). Our home base is in Fairfield, California, and we service the greater San Francisco Bay Area, including the Napa and Sonoma Valleys.

Can I order a Disney cake?
While we understand that Disney, or other copyrighted elements may be significant for your event, due to copyright laws, and to the courtesy of other artists, we do not incorporate copyrighted elements into any of our desserts.
